When doing a mouseover on someone's username, it occasionally says "There was a problem loading this content". I can't see any pattern, for example if I put my mouse over ZeroHour's username in this thread against the post they made on October 3rd, I get the error. If I put my mouse over ZeroHour's username against the post they made on 6th October, it pops up with info about them.

Had a Tesco delivery last night. The driver said "You've got two substitutes. Here is your coriander and your haddock.", which was neither the thyme nor the plaice!

It's not cheap these days, but ExamWritePad is a very good answer.

LGFL customer so RedStor included for free and I backup all our cloud stuff and our onsite VMs to it. They store the backups in two different locations to fulfil the 3-2-1.

Is this the same lot that have been stealing toilets? The police have nothing to go on.

Anyone on LGfL, you get GridStor included which does cover the 3-2-1 and will also backup on-site servers, not just cloud stuff. For anyone not on LGfL and coming to the end of their Internet providers contract, I'd seriously look at switching to them. We recently switched and they've been outstanding.

And if you bring one in from home which is over a year old, really it should be PAT tested, which your employer would have to pay for. Granted, that's cheaper for them than a heater, but still.....

We had this a few years ago with Mac Minis. Our ISP did some wizardry on a specific IP range within our scope to limit their bandwidth, and then we made sure the Macs got IPs within that range. Problem went away.

We use Ricoh devices and PaperCut directly with Ricoh. If you want our account manager's details, PM me. We've had no problems with them, other than one grumpy engineer who we said we didn't want to see again and haven't. Steer well clear of Alto-Digital. Absolute garbage!

Sadly not the case here. On my hotspot (effectively off site) they talk and are activated, chuck them back on the Wi-Fi and the sewing machine is having none of it........

A bit of a shot in the dark here, but does anyone have a Brother Embroidery machine on their Wi-Fi? We've got an F540E which only has Wi-Fi in it, no Bluetooth. It's connected via an app on an iPad. When connecting it to the iPad via a hotspot it works. If I put the sewing machine and iPad on the school's network (same VLAN as each other) the sewing machine insists it's not connected to the Internet. My firewall logs and netsweeper logs aren't showing anything being blocked. I can't find any documentation around any domains etc. it needs access to. Anyone got any ideas please? Thanks Stuart

We're currently with Iris/BioStore and are reviewing this. As far as I remember in the past, all the catering systems (or mostly the support and ongoing costs of them) were awful. Has anything changed? Is there a good one out there yet?

There is no technical reason. As we intend to never use SIMS NextGen, they allowed us to perform the Summer upgrade without syncing up to it.

The onsite Exchange is powered off and has been since we migrated. I believe the contacts in question were created before we migrated. It just seems odd that in one place in M365 they do show an email address, and in another they don't. I'll give the PowerShell command a go, thank you.

We used to have Exchange on-site and migrated up to M365 a couple of years ago. AD syncs up to M365. We have some "Contacts" in AD which are governors' personal email addresses. We then have a distribution list called "Governors personal addresses" which we send an email to saying "There is something in your school mailbox, go look at it", cos apparently asking them to just check their school mailbox occasionally anyway is too much. There are 9 contacts in this distribution list. When we send to that list, some of the people in it receive the email, others don't. Having had a look in to it, when I look at the "Members" of the list, the ones who receive the emails have an email address under their name, the ones who don't, don't, which makes sense. However, from what I can see the contacts in AD which work are setup identically to the ones that don't. And in M365, when you go to "Users" -> "Contacts" you can see the email addresses in there against the people's names. Why would the email address not be showing when viewing the members of the DL? Currently arguing with the SIMS people as they "require" you to sync your data to SIMS Nextgen before they'll release the summer update to you. We will be coming away from SIMS at some point over the next six months so don't want to put our data in their cloud unnecessarily. Anyone else in this situation?

Yep, all correct version. Three are file servers, one is a server running IIS and HAP, one is running Impero.
