Hi all, We have just started looking at ExamWritePad today. While testing it, I told it to print my "exam". All the cover sheets came out of the printer, but then the printer was complaining about paper, even though it had loads. I eventually figured out that it wanted to print the actual exam work from a different paper tray (the manual feed) which had no paper in it. Is this a setting which can be changed? Is it deliberate behaviour so you can have different colour cover sheets? Thank you Stuart

Hiya, I have two years groups of students who have their O365 assigned directly to them, and three years groups where the licence is assigned to a group, for example, "Intake19" and then the students in that group inherit the licence. Is there a simple way to find all the students who are inheriting their licence and assign them one directly? Thank you Stuart P.S. Always annoys me when they say "High Schools need...... and primaries need.......". It's not that simple. In Suffolk, and I am sure many other places, our biggest primary is larger than our smallest secondary. It should be more about number of kids if they want to make it really vague, but of course we all know it should be down to number of devices, what those devices are and what they're being used for.

Saw a school using screw down cables clips once. Has pros and cons.

I know nothing about G-Suite, but our Exchange is set so that if a users mailbox is full they can receive but can't send, which I believe is a fairly standard setting. If we had to do what you want, I'd just set their mailbox allowance to be tiny so it acts as thought it's full.

Hiya, We use PaperCut here and would like to add a watermark for only students, and only on one of our devices. Is that possible? Obviously I can set it on a printer, but I don't want it watermarking the staff stuff. Thank you Stuart

Hi all, I have a few users here (including myself!!) who are now reporting they need to press CTRL+ALT+DEL to unlock their device once it's locked and turned the display off. Things aren't going to "sleep" sleep, it's just the display timeout. "Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL" is enabled in group policy (and always has been), but I'm certain that only relates to the initial logon anyway. Anyone else seen this, or got an explanation? Has an update changed something? Thank you Stuart

I had this a few years ago and it was simply the driver for the disks/RAID. It had put a default one in, when I installed HP's proper one it was fine.
