  5. Dear fellow Edugeekers We recent migrated over to Gmail and all other G suit services Some students are not allowed to send emails but they still need to receive the emails, We use to have exchanges and we could do what we needed in the admin panel quite nicely. Does anyone know of a way to do this in the google admin panel? Sorry if it seems like a LMGTFY question SW
  6. Hearing google will sync is reassuring. @supportman would you mind if i PMed you?
  7. I'm not against change. One thing sims does quite nicely is export daily to a certain area for our in house programs (account creations ect) I asked the sales advisor if this was possible and he didn't really have an answer for me. Did the change over go ok?
  8. Morning edugeekers. Our school is looking at replacing Sims.net with a mis cloudbase system "bromcom". Is there any school (ideally secondary) in the South west of england that use Bromcom?
  9. Thanks guys, Few options to work with. Pushes me in the right direction. Much love edugeekers! x

  11. Morning All, This maybe a silly question from me. Is there a way of stopping students downloading certain file types? The kids are sending themselves emails with SWF files then playing them via internet explorer. SW
  12. Hello, I was 15 when I started to work in IT When I finished school I went back one day a week and worked in the IT department so i had some experience. Then after a year I did a two year apprenticeship in It practitioners level 2. Then managed to get my 1st fulltime ICT technician job job roll. After a year I moved to Bristol (from Plymouth) and started work as an ICT Network Technician. I kinda fell into It but I think the work experience set me up the most as my network manager gave me a very impressive reference. Hope this helps
  13. TOP MAN!!!! Thank you so much.
