We are looking to move to Office 2021 using config manager. We are having issues getting the installation to work, having had similar issues with Office 2019. Would anyone be able to share their installation files for Office 2021 (volume license) and XML? Thanks

On opening Outlook it immediately stops responding for at least a couple of our users. Not having the issue on mine however. OWA and phone app work fine. Any ideas, something to do with specific rules?

In one of our IT rooms we keep having keyboards and mice unplugged, sometimes left loose or plugged into other machines. The room is long and narrow with beams so students are often messing around with the PCs in there without teachers noticing. Any ideas on how to help prevent this? I have considered 20mm padlocks attached to back of PC (small enough not to allow USB end to be pulled through) but can't find any that are well made for a decent price.

Missing toolbar in People tab Outlook OWA, can't add contacts

Seems to have been a widespread issue. Now fixed. -
Has anyone else lost the toolbar at the top of the People tab in Outlook on the web? It has removed the blue button to add new contacts. The toolbar still shows in the email and calendar tabs. Any possible resolutions? For now we have had to tell to use desktop application instead. Thanks in advance

Updating the Intel Iris Xe graphics driver through Dell site (not Windows update as that didn't know of new driver) seems to have worked for us. The dock can now be plugged in and unplugged while laptop is switched on and it recognises the speakers. Hope this can help those moving to teacher laptops Will update if any issues.
