Cert name is the server name eg print-server not print-server.domain.net the url from which i'm getting the error is: https://print-server.domain.net:9192/admin the cert expires in 2034 and is the same one we've been using since we installed papercut years ago. we've always just dumped it into our machines trusted root certification authorities. cheers

Is it's a browser error i am receiving. The cert name hasn't changed. i thought the cert was automatically generated by papercut when installed. Maybe it was a papercut update that has caused the issue?

The cert name is that of the print server. in the past when we got https errors on the console, we just added the cert to our machines trusted root and the https errors went away. it's the same for all our tech machines and even the server, all currently have the https errors. just wondering if this will help me: https://www.papercut.com/kb/Main/SSLWithKeystoreExplorer#part-two-generating-a-certificate-signing-request-csr-and-importing-the-response however this step confuses me "3. Apply for a certificate with your Certificate Authority (CA) by providing them the CSR."

Hi all, This started to be an issue sometime before the holidays It used to work fine and the cert hasn't expired. I'm not sure if a recent papercut update has caused it. However, when i attempt to log into our papercut console https://servername:9192 or via https://ipaddress:9192 i'm getting a "not secure" error. The cert is in the "trusted root certification authorities" and i re imported it also but it still doesn't work Any ideas? the error is "NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID" cheers

EDIT: Actually, its just the admin accounts it works for not standard users. ...... its a computer based GPO

Anybody else into Sim Racing? I like to play Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Composizione, iRacing and a little Dirt when not poking the Servers with a dirty stick! I'm on 1809 LTSC should that matter? Start menu is as a want but pinned taskbar icons don't appear.

Using the code you provided (i've added different pined items) i just get a blank taskbar. I've added the line you suggested. I currently have a black start menu (Tiles) which is what i'm after. I've officially broken this now.... no idea why its not working code used: what it looks like: ignore to papercut icon, that launches at log in if i just use: i get the following start menu which is what i want: if i try and pin anything to the task bar i get the three random tiles as above. Also this computer is missing

OOPS our apple cert had expired....... i normally get an email every year with a 30 and 10 day reminder. not this year its in our calendar now.

It stops working when i add the pinned taskbar items. Do i have it in the correct place?

A high number of our staff (iOS users) including one of our techs have had an iOS update. It seems to have kicked the Google stuffs off and asks them to install the latest version of Google policy, which is already installed. Anybody else having this?

Hi all, just after some input. I've removed the custom start menu that we used and want to have a very basic start menu. I've removed the XML we used to have and created one as below xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/Start/2014/LayoutModification" xmlns:defaultlayout="http://schemas.microsoft.com/Start/2014/FullDefaultLayout" xmlns:start="http://schemas.microsoft.com/Start/2014/StartLayout" xmlns:taskbar="http://schemas.microsoft.com/Start/2014/TaskbarLayout" Version="1"> But it looks like this, no idea where the three boxes are being generated from: I'm after this affect. no tiles basic list: What have i missed?

I got my tech to ask about the alerts at the BET stand today. The reply was that the alerts are coming soon and kinda hinted at it being ready.
