Been looking at a gaming laptop for better half now basically 3 games which must run (Diablo 3, Skyrim, portal 2) based on specs this laptop should run them -http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=LT-055-MS&groupid=959&catid=1828&subcat= However based on peoples experience of games how well will the 3 games run on the above spec. Install Of Impero will take 30 minutes at most when we do remote install of software we book first 30 minutes to do install and then we stay on the line as long as you want us to. So we can go over initial training and anything want help setting up. Russell p.s I can think of a way of reducing the list by two hours remove option 6 "Investigating alternatives to Impero - 2hr"

Yes Impero does log everyone that logs into the Computer plus whole lot more for example also logs when machine used and when sitting idle. So for example we can work out if machine is sitting not being used for the whole day.. Russ

Impero can do this a logs it centrally... pretty sure netop and netsupport only log what is going on at moment and does not log it in a central place. Russell

Hi guys First support renewal is % of original order value however in my view (and of course I would say this) worth it. I always say ask vendor how many updates and how many new features been released in year and that will tell you if worth getting the support or not. If company does two releases a year and they are all bug fixes is support worth it. However if they release new features with every upgrade then maybe support is worth it. Also remember our support includes unlimited remote technical and teacher training. Anyway going to move on before I turn into a salesman... As for new release we got to beta testers in next few weeks or and then just depends on beta testing as to when we go to full release. @dean41 if give me a pm with school details I can look into Russell

@Simcfc73 Have you looked at power management side? Always talk to your account manager about price however you can use to consolidate other products however I am going to stray away from this areas mainly as do not want to come across as sales thread etc. One thing I would say with any software your buying ask them how many updates they have done in last 12 months and how many new features have been added in last 12 months. At least then can see if product is going to get new features all the time or they if they do two releases a year and do not add many new features in each release. Russell Russell

The release at BETT goes to beta testers soon then just depends what we find on the beta program as to the final release date. AB tutor I am told is due out in April not heard yet about Netsupport?
