  8. Hi That happens if the Impero Client Service is crashing. If look on root of the C drive and see if there is a critical errors text file. However as said one user account does it follow them around if not then it is machine based more than likely otherwise more than likely something with the profile maybe corruption somewhere. If it does not follow them around Then first thing to check is .net if XP then reinstall or vista or above then follow this How to repair the .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0 on Windows Vista - Aaron Stebner's WebLog - Site Home - MSDN Blogs. Next uninstall remove the Impero Directory and reinstall. Russ

  12. Hi First I am no fancy city lawyer so won't go into legal side. However.... Impero has solved this if want to get approval from person you are monitoring. Create a staff user group in Impero and then under group properties you can under action on remote control choose a number of options disable, ask and auto deny and ask and auto allow. Secondly under group properties can make Impero workstation disable itself and again can be done for just certain users by using user groups.

  25. Ok you don't need network discovery if don't mind not get list prepopulated as then as OP said you can just connect to domain using our app and select the machines. Also of course can deploy by GPO but remember as a software developer we have to account for lots of different network setups and there are some schools out there that have 400 PCS and no AD domain for example...
