Seems to be an issue with the DST by week as by default it’ll use the 4th Sunday where now this month has 5 Sundays (according to 3cx forums) Looks like it’s either temporary fix by changing time zones or changing the provisioning templates and just restarting phones for now Steve

If you're just talking a re-image with new HDD/SSD, the basic windows image backup should work fine. If you're talking migrating to new hardware etc etc I'd use something like an Acronis clone Steve

I assume you didn't mean to post your renewal PDF and was meant to be an image? In terms of the conflict you could do that even within a single policy. For example if you use a "hide X" setting, then do the "show X" via the admin templates even within InTune etc. If your policy was meant to be the image, could you update it and check what's set in it? Generally most the firewalls change the throughput depending on what you're doing with it. Obviously it's a very different scenario if you're only doing firewall vs ips/threat detection/decryption etc. For example (With a Sophos XGS): Was there a specific type of throughput you're referring to in regards to the S15? As obviously the 10Gbps comment could be two different numbers referenced if you're referring to firewall only, and they're referring to threat protection etc Steve

Without knowing what you have configured on SCCM/InTune, are you mentioned Updates do you have things like Delivery Optimization configured up? Even if they're looking at SCCM for updates they can do dual updates from online at the same time, and normally reboot is when it'll first do its windows updates/edge updates checks etc. Would be a nice easy test to put something like an hour delay for Windows updates via WuFB (Delivery Optimization wise) before it falls back to the internet rather than peers, and see if all the connections stop at reboot then hit an hour later Do you have the SCCM client settings to automatically join to MDM enabled? Even while hybrid joined (assuming this is via AD Connect?) they shouldn't register into InTune without the additional config setup, unless that was that you actually wanted ofc Did you update SCCM recently? If you've enabled Cloud Attach it recently changed the default workloads in SCCM in an update Steve

Seems to work fine here - Using edge / office online / Sophos filtering etc I know there was an issue raised a few years ago where it had problems via Edge when it would still log to the local print queue but wouldn’t get parsed via papercut and it was related to client side rendering/authentication Do the jobs show on your local pc print queue even if not showing via the pop up? Unless it's changed recently managed IDs can't be used to buy apps etc which is why I assume you're getting that error. But you should be deploying the app with the VPP licenses via Mosyle so you wouldn't require it to use their own IDs (You wouldn't even need an ID logged in if it's VPP/ABM style licenses). Are you sure you've selected that option when deploying the app to assign it that way? (Device based rather than Apple ID based etc) Steve

You need to set it via the old primary admin account. So if they no longer work there, just make their email as a temporary shared mailbox, then password reset via mosyle and change primary admin then delete it again Steve

I'm not overly convinced that is accurate Tom (Whether it "should" be or not, or as people said above it's only applied to email/phone calls, but in my experience it isn't fully or at least it isn't giving that impression to us for logs in general) For example, I've raised a query as to why a teacher typing a date format template XX/XX/XXXX got flags up as XXX content. That's obviously not a flaggable instance that any human would pass onwards or should be setting to be logged via the system and surely would be a false positive that's removed? Steve

It’s kind of a hybrid Anyone who logs onto the device is monitored But you can setup who gets triggered alerts based on their membership Eg Year 7 students flag/alert to Year 7 head etc But Staff alerts could be sent to go into an alert shared mailbox that no one has access to for example Steve

As above, it's a replacement browser that it uses to do the filtering. Then requires a config profile to apply licensing etc so although it "can" be done via other Apple methods it's a lot easier with MDM Steve

I would assume from Dell's normal wording that the variable bit is "it depends on whether it's on-site or remote depending on what's broke" For example a full Dell on-site warranty means even when a HDD/RAM breaks they'll offer to send an engineer out to fit it. While others are Return to base etc. But sounds like that's their middle group option. "Receive parts & repairs next business day (NBD) after remote diagnosis - ONSITE - VARIES BY PRODUCT & REGION" those sort of ones - While Premium and Premium Plus are ALWAYS on-site options etc Steve

How many Techs/Staff/Devices etc are you covering? We still use TV for external support and generally find it works out cheaper with their educational discount compared to other systems (unless you have something like Impero/Senso that includes remote control via cloud?) Steve

As others mentioned it’s probably the SQL but you can just change the settings of it to not take all ram By default it’ll eat whatever it can, even if you stick another 100Gb in, but in the sql server settings you can limit it down to an amount it won’t go above Steve

Which would be around 2.4m * 1.8m If so those TVs are too big in comparison - as a 75inch 16:9 would be around 1.6m * 0.9m (viewable area wise), so 2/3 width and 1/2 height compared to a 120 Rough example as per your pic: Do you know the size of that drop down? as obviously could be bigger or smaller Steve

I'd say that's way too small, unless it's a really small hall. Considering a normal classroom has a larger screen normally. We had a look at a few screen options even for a primary school recently and it coming out more towards the 95+ in terms of an equivalent to a projector even for their hall, let alone a secondary sized hall etc Steve

You could just disable the failover on the one you're demoting, and then re-enable it after the upgrade? What makes you think it'll give you downtime? It doesn’t need to be - some designs will be at a lower rate but with a higher real option to “extend” how long it’s fully charging for. If I tell you it’ll do 40 for 3 years, it might really mean it’s 50 but will drop to 40 on 3 years etc - yep bizarre branding! Alternatively something like lithium batts could have a higher charge as they’re designed to drop voltage over time and then they become the “designed” level etc Steve
