  1. From what I understand, no you don't have to create apple ID's for the users unless you allow them to install apps separately then they can use their apple ID to do so. All apps are setup in the Apple Business Manager, you "purchase" them there with as many licenses as you need, then in Mosyle you have the option of adding those apps to certain groups, etc.
  2. Thank you both for your replies, that worked and was very fast. Now to setup everything I need and then repeat this step once I get all the other iPads up and running. Thanks again for your help!
  3. Thanks for the replies, I will look into that now.
  4. I recently implemented Mosyle based on a suggestion from Apple. I setup Mosyle and the Apple Business Manager. I have the devices and users setup in ABM and in Mosyle. When trying to push an app to an iPad I get this on the iPad: “This Apple ID can’t be used to make purchases.” Apple told me that an Apple ID isn't required to install apps on the devices since it's using a provisioned profile using apps distributed from ABM? Any ideas why this would be so? I created an Apple ID for each devices, is this common practice? Or do they share the same Apple ID? I'm in foreign territory messing with this ABM & Mosyle MDM. Any help is greatly appreciated.
