I use WSUS to manage updates.

I moved from LTSB to 1903 EDU recently. All seems OK. MDT runs a script to remove all the crud.

Investigating an issue whereby students logon to a newly imaged Windows 10 PC (1903 Edu) on which Office 365 is installed and they are not being logged in to Office 365 correctly so therefore cannot save any documents in WORD, EXCEL etc. The same Win10 image was deployed to over 100 staff PC's this summer and I've had no reports from any staff that they are having issues. Any ideas where to start the troubleshooting process? We are using Shared Computer Activation! All the students and the PC's are in our Azure AD and look correct. I was about to start rolling out the same image to more student PC's but need to understand why some devices/students are being affected by this....

What are the latest options regards licencing Adobe CC for use in schools in terms of allocating to specific devices for any user to use or for allocating to specific users?

We've just migrated to Bromcom (last week) and I've entered our O365 SMTP details in to the interface and it tests OK. Would there be any limitations if we wanted to email ALL our parents using this setup? I don't want Microsoft to suddenly think we're sending out SPAM and put a block on us!
-
I did n't solve it but worked out if I just copy and pasted in all the commands in one go it read one line at a time
-
Can't remember if I do this in a standard powershell window or in the Exchange Console

I've come to do this this year and I'm getting this error: Can't think what I'm doing wrong.... Please help

[bromcom] Linking A2C with a new Bromcom MIS - any help appreciated?
kennysarmy replied to kennysarmy's topic in MIS Systems
Think we just had to create some central ExamIn and ExamOut folders not connected with SIMS and then re-run A2C with these new parameters. -
Just sent our SIMS bak file to Bromcom this morning....that's it folks - no more SIMS, I've been here over 21 years - it's been a blast

[1903, au] Windows 10 - random NO INTERNET issue!
kennysarmy replied to kennysarmy's topic in Windows 10
Have you tried all of these. Hi, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet\MinimumInternetHopCount = 1 (DWORD) The above new registry key - plus: 1) Set the following key in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet > EnableActiveProbing > set to: 0 2) Edit GPO (gpedit.msc for a local machine or gpmc.msc if AD domain wide): Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management > Turn off Windows Network Connectivity Status Indicator active tests > set to: ENABLE 3) Edit a second GPO: Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Network Connections > Do Not show the “local access only” network icon” > set to: ENABLE I've not had time to determine which combination of the above is the min. required but all four settings together seem to cure the problem. -

You may have nailed it - early testing suggests this cures the issue. About to reimage another 9 PC's today...fingers crossed. -

I've just been on the phone with Microsoft and passed from one department to the next for 25 minutes before I was told to open a call online! When I try to do this from the link provided I get stuck on this screen! We've just got a standard Open Value Subscription - I'm guessing then this comes with no support -

I wonder if it also needs internet probing turned off?
