In case it was another setting I've updated my Windows 10 ADMX templates to the 22H2 versions, but the issue remains so guess it's something to do with that specific Google ADMX file :/

Just updated my central store with more upto date policy files and now when opening all GPO's I get the below error. Any ideas how to fix?

Hi, So we've received the UNI adapter, but we're not getting anywhere with it These are the settings in the BIOS. Secure Boot is disabled. When the Surface Pro reboots there are no lights at all on the adapter and boot to network fails. If we allow it to boot to the OS then the lights flash on the adapter, so I assume that it's working. Any thoughts? It's a Microsoft Surface Pro 9

Hi, Just taken delivery of a Windows Surface Pro. Trial device. Want to put our version of Windows 10 on it, so it can be used like all other Windows devices on our site, we image using WDS/MDT but the surface pro has no network socket - what's a reliable/good adapter to purchase that will give us Ethernet connectivity? We've had a network assessment carried out and one of the recommendations is: The school currently do not perform any authentication on the switching side for network devices connected. A recommended approach would be to look at implementing 802.1x authentication for the switching side, utilizing RADIUS this could be used to prevent any non-domain joined computers from plugging into the school’s LAN. Is this common in schools? Cheers

We've just had staff miss a Bromcom webinar as there seemed to be no way to join on the web! @Bromcom_Support_2 Comments? Surely in this day and age you can't expect school Network Manager's to allow staff to run unauthorised software? From my experience you can't even pre-install the software as it needs to be installed in the user's context. Why not just use Teams or allow a join from the web option?

Looks like our issues may have been more to using single sign on and the issue affecting Microsoft this morning.

Anyone have any early morning issues this morning? Cover supervisor and Data Manager emailing to say that they could not get on at all this morning, but it seems fine from school and nothing on the status page?

I have access to two emails accounts within O365. When I reply to emails in each, the layout looks different but I can't work out why - one has the extra SEND toolbar thingy at the bottom. Anyone know why or how?

Clever software, just put on an old iPad mini I had on my desk and was able to extend my Windows 10 PC on to it....pretty cool.

Well lo and behold the user tried again at the end of yesterday, claimed they did the exact same operation and it WORKED! Sigh.

I've tested using another account and was able to share a OneDrive file OK with my personal account which is in the tenancy as a guest - so fundamentally nothing is wrong - but something is broken somewhere. Next step is to get the guy to try sharing a different file and then try sharing with my personal account to narrow down what the issue is. Cheers
