Yes we have a ticket raised with SW regarding the issue of the AD blocker, my colleague has been dealing with it for a few weeks but we have yet to find a solution

We are experiencing exactly the same issue at many of our schools. Lots of calls with SW but no solution as yet, and very unhappy staff. This is through the Edge browser not Chrome

Oddly it worked for one user then another I cleared the cookies etc in chrome and still had the issue but worked straight away in Edge. Sorry must have gotten lucky with one user!

Yes same thing with us, I went into the browser settings and cleared the cache/browser history and this seems to have rectified the issue for us

Hi ibpalle bizarrely it has now started to work, not sure why but initially I could browse betting sites on Chrome but were blocked on edge, now it appears Chrome has finally caught up with the filtering! very odd

We have cloud filter on our student laptops using the secret know. Only problem we have is that the Edge browser works flawlessly, the Chrome one lets you go wherever you want! anyone else have the same issue?

Yes checked the driver is the correct one thanks, definitely sounds like an iOS issue. Never had an issue before updating the iPads to 17

Hi, You mention the known host feature which needs to be deployed to the iPads. Our iPads can see the printer but its just printing in either b&W or a blank page. Is the host feature a fix for that also or just for discovering printers? Thanks

Yes we are getting a similar problem we are on iOS 17. Also the prints (when they come out) are in B&W even though colour is selected. Old iPads are fine just not newer ones. Had Konica remote in and look at settings but no issue there so must be iOS
