Do you have kids? A dog is MORE LIKELY to train kids that dad will walk the dog in the rain because they don't want to. etc. I like dogs; I'd like to have another; but only when it works for me, and the dog.

Many cultures regard it as perfectly normal to marry and have children at a woman's most fertile age, and necessary to end up with enough children to look after parents in their old age. I DON'T think that this is what is best for women (especially in this case). They should have the same opportunity as men. But in poor agricultural cultures where no one has 'opportunities' it is a fact of life.

and KEEP YOUR HEAD UP - look where you want to go; you should be looking as far up the road as possible. DON'T look at the ditch - or that is where you will go.

It is called "counter steering". Push forward on the handlebar of the side you want to go down. Once you've got the bike moving, you use your balance and pressure to keep the lean on. Accelerate SLIGHTLY as you go deeper into the bend, winding more power on as you want to straighten up. Don't go faster around bends than you can stop safely. Sorry, shabby English there, got to go to a meeting! Right - try again. Don't go so fast around a bend that you can't stop in the distance you can see to be clear. Does that make more sense? The IAM plug a acronym IPSGA. Information - can you see how sharp the bend is? Are there clues? Signs, hedges, lampposts you can see OVER the hedge? Position - Get yourself positioned on the road to give you maximum visibility, AND make yourself maximumly visible. Up towards the white line for a left-hander, practically in the gutter for a right. Speed -based on the I. Appropriate for the bend. Go in slow if in doubt, and accelerate early if it isn't as tight as you thought. Gear - select a gear that allows you maximum control. Select before you start steering, but after braking. (I struggle here, I've got a V twin that pulls well from low revs. Winds my observer up) Acceleration. Smoothly, as your view of the road opens up, and you want to tip the bike back to vertical.

That's not quite it. You can use a balanced cable with XLRs to extend a stereo pair. Pin1 is earth, pin 2 R, pin 3 L. Not really a problem ; however, if you are running the cable any distance the chance of picking up interference is high. The buzz is much more likely to be cause by the way the laptop PSU behaves. You need to isolate the device from the 'ground' that the audio system is using. No other way to fix it. DI box, isolator like the one I link to above, or an external USB sound device. That might be best actually - get one with a balanced output and send low level signals on the XLR. Pad at the amplifier end if required. eta - I forgot you are trying to come out of the projector. DI or isolator, or take sound from Laptop and run fresh cable to amplifier.

You have two issues by the "sound" of it . (SORRY). The XLR input to your desk is mono. To combine left and right on it you will need to have a lead made specifically to do that or use a sub mixer. Then you have a "ground loop" which is causing your buzz. Use either a DI box, or a cheap isolator like this one.

I don't know that it does. It makes it HARDER to get your full licence, but I remain to be convinced your actually a better rider. IAM might help, I'm part way through, but even then I've got reservations...

Hoglet off to the local rescue Sunday. Saw it out in the morning, but caught it when it came back mid-afternoon. Only 140g, spot of mange, but otherwise looked healthy.
