  12. I'd love to come but I'm away :-( However I'm at the Warwick Lions Beer Festival next weekend. Do come along. It'll be easy to find me - passed out behind one of the tents hugging an empty keg.... :-)

    Dropbox

I use it for personal use but we've been advised as staff by our LA that we can't use it for any work files as there may be a data protection issue as the data is hosted in America.
  15. Is Endpoint really that bad lol that no-one has responded?!
  16. Can someone explain the licencing structure for Symantec Endpoint as we've been quoted by two different companies who have both told us contradictory things regarding the banding and the pricing? One company has told us we need to be in Acad Band A, whilst another has said we are eligible for Edu Band C. The prices vary enormously. We are a secondary school with an impending sixth form and due to become an Academy in January if that makes any difference. Many thanks.
  17. You can dry your shoes in the microwave......
  18. ...and what to avoid. Recommendations please from esteemed fellow Edugeekers. Looking to spend up to around £8k max. Something for rattling around in off the beaten track at weekends and for towing a folding camper. Why are S/H Freelanders so cheap? Is it because they're rubbish? I've been told to go for something like a Mitsubishi. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
  19. It's fake. Shame the police didn't try and sedate it: The cuddly toy that fooled cops

  22. Lol ace joke.
  23. I get terrible aches and pains in my hands and wrists from time to time. I keep an old squash ball in the car and do various squeezing exercises with it whilst stuck in traffic or waiting at traffic lights. It's quite gratifying when after practice you can squash it virtually flat against the palm of your hand using just your pinky. After a month of doing this the pains in my hands has reduced.
  24. That's not Iggy Pop - that is JA without her wheelbarrow load of makeup on lol!
  25. What's a PS3?
