  1. Why am I not surprised you sneaked on just before me Simon, I was wondering just the same lol
  2. I'm not really bothered what version I use as long as it works lol If I have to hunt about for a better faster feature then so be it. I've always liked 2008 for the way it allows you to see something properly before you apply it, saves so much time and effort.
  3. It even says "Russ" in the background, crazy

    J2 Systems

Good morning, We've found an old touch screen till system which we need a serial driver for. Does anyone have a J2 B55 system that they have the drivers for. Hoping to turn this into a bit of a internet point for the library (without the till of course). I've emailed J2, just thought I may as well post here because you're all legends. Kind Regards
  5. My girlfriend looks great in them, so hush your mouths lol
  6. Local, which is what i've been trying to say all along. There aren't any excuses, if you want to work there is something in this country that you will be able to find. There's nothing in this world without some sacrifice and i'm afraid sometimes you just have to take it on the chin. I'd rather not be having to wrap up warm and walk 2 miles to the bus station for a 35 minute bus ride and another mile walk to get to and from work everyday, but I do because I WANT to work :-)
  7. Hahaha, just when I think this is the worst day ever, the spade slapper pulls out the community chest. Fantastic!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D
  8. Funny....I'm still waiting for my second chance, but I have a job though so my opinion won't mean a thing.
  9. I don't bleed a penny out the system and i'm unable to afford to go to university. Sounds brilliant for someone putting their heart and soul into work and trying to provide services that don't just bleed schools dry. That'll teach me won't it! I better make sure my kids don't follow in my footsteps! "why bother kids, just get on the dole, theres plenty of sympathy for you..."
  10. I'm not far off the age of the two in question, if they didn't take advantage of the education system when they had the chance I have no sympathy. I'm sure theres a few kids in the school you work at that you think probably don't deserve to be in your school. At the end of the day you get out what you put in and things aren't handed to you on a plate. Until people realise this theres going to be the same "excuses" for years and years to come. Simple fact is, some people don't want to work, I know people like this and it doesn't make them any less of a nice person but it's a fact. They can moan about work to me until the cows come home but the simple fact is, there are chances and they just need to learn to motivate themselves and sort it out THEMSELVES.
  11. If I sound a little stern and harsh in my posts today it's coz i'm having a bit of a relapse. Apologies!
  12. I think you underestimate the amount of people who have found themselves in that position. But look where we are now? A little effort and a little determination to actually wanting a job and doing something about it. Here I am working steady for the past 3 years, before....... lazy, couldn't be bothered. I repeat I never signed on, but have I paid for those couple of years not bothering, yes i've just about paid of the debts. Oh wait... is it because I got two D's at A-Level that i'm suddenly more employable or is it more the fact I have a clue about the world isn't an easy place and yes you do have to get off your arse. I can't get a job or lose my freebies!??!!? What a joke, pay for things like everyone else and if you want the 'high-life' deal with the debt that brings and learn from it.
  13. I'm sorry but if you want to find a job you will. There are plenty of jobs out there to take on, I've done all kinds of rubbish jobs that I hated, but the fact you are paid is enough for me. Just because you have a job doesn't mean you can't be looking for something better or a college course in the evenings. I'm sorry but being on benefits for 3 years is just lazy. There IS work, check your local agencies and job centres and you will see there is work for unqualified people but again the excuses of "I don't like it" is not good enough. You don't like the job but you are willing to sit on your arse moaning about not having a job. What a load of rubbish. These people need a kick up the arse for them to realise life isn't all roses and not everything is given to them for free. (I know there are cases which are valid, but these two are obviously cheating the system because they have doused themselves in excuses) It's not what you say it's what you do.
  14. I spend £80 a month on my bus fare, thats 8% of my wages, but you have to do it? If you don't pay to get to work you don't work do you? It's common sense. I've been out of work many times, i have never signed on out of principle. Maybe I should have and played the "haven't found a job I like yet" card. It's work, it's not gonna be that fun!?!?
  15. Yeah mate, when I have time i'll sort it. The hosts have removed the malicious files so it's fine for the time being. Just don't have the time at the moment to do it. It's too easy to relax after work
  16. Thank you! Ordered, have no idea if it's any good but anything to occupy me for a few hours when I'm bored is worth less than £4.50
  17. No Should be here today though, I shall be rather disgruntled if not, I need my fix and soon! Bus drivers made me swear rather loudly and infruriatingly this morning so i need a bit of LOTR to calm me down. Bit of a foul mood today, yay!
  18. I'm off shortly to go see if it's arrived. Finger crossed (not just for the game arriving but making it home alive, I love walking 2 miles in a rough area, makes me tingle from head to toe)
  19. I had a similar problem and I ran some memory diagnostics and it turned out to be the RAM after being certain it was the hard drive causing it.
  20. First person to get home and complete Lord Of The Rings Conquest on the xbox360?
  21. I booked a driving lesson on the saturday morning so i think i'm gonna struggle, plus the fact my friend has organised a bit of a party at his on the saturday nighty, so im really struggling to find the time to get down. Gutted, everything always comes at once....booooooooo. Maybe attend the NEC one in a few months.
  22. For posting first about them in this thread I should automatically get one! Surely!??!
  23. Hmmm, if it's out today i'm hoping my copy will arrive. Fingers crossed they just post it through my door or it's the faff of travelling down and picking it up, made a lot harder with no car Excited though! Shall have to make sure my mate brings my xbox back or i'm gonna hunt him down and/or break in his house lol
  24. Tis on pre-order my friend, haven't played the demo, whether its awesome or shocking i shall be engrossed in it until its completion. I just love those kind of games Fingers crossed for them ironing out some troubles i've heard with the demo. Hopefully see u online soon!
  25. I managed to have two inspections last year, one, part of the chaos with me teaching 16 hours a week. Then the ever so lovely peace and quiet of the ICT support team in my new job. I know which I prefer It's really not a nice feeling, so I have a lot of sympathy for teachers as long as they remember their manners
