Cheaper prices attract customers back, presuming you have no customers at the moment a) You want to attract them to your services b) You want them to choose you over already established IT companies c) You want word of mouth to spread regarding your prices Long term, yeah raise them up but starting out for a service, be cheap. Work doesn't walk through your door you have to go out and get it, being the cheapest by a considerable margin excites business customers, and in this economic climate, they'd keep coming back.

I hear that Andy, it's not exactly riviting stuff is it I found just hitting the workshop and absolutely blitzing the revision during your stay up there (providing you have a b&b). It worked for me and i'm now certified, especially helps having a day in the workshop then hitting the exam while it's fresh in the afternoon. I'd like to say the MCDST is much better, but you'll find out when you get there Keep plugging mate, it's not always the fastest approach that gets the reward in the end!

Might be worth updating Moodle before updating individual modules as they may rely on the new version code to install/run successfully.

Anyone suss this? Just bought some for a primary school i work at and unfortunately using Symantec Solutions Suite to Ghost is looking like a real pain in the bum. I can't find a compatible set of NDIS drivers anywhere and the ones that are linked to don't seem to work either. I dont really wanna buy network cards for them as it seems a waste of money. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! GREATLY!!!

Depends on the reasons you want to do it, for just financial reasons or because you want to make a difference to the primaries by bringing your experience into their environment. Considering you don't have the financial backing of a company I wouldn't charge too highly, you offer them no guarantees for your work, you balls up.....what then? Give me a ring if you need any advice

Having been asked by my employer to provide a ECDL course for teachers and students I am wondering the best possible way of doing this. Is there a specific instructors course to go on or do I just simply need to go on the standard course and achieve the certification in order to teach the syllabus? The ECDL website isn't very clear on this aspect. Another question is, if we want to run it for staff and students, would it be better in the long run to become a "centre" of sorts, has anyone else implemented this in the school and has it been beneficial? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards
