Ok, some computers are refusing to upgrade flash. I've got a room of 30 machines and I restarted 5 of them and watched as GP pushed out the upgrade. All looked ok till I went to the flash test page Adobe - Flash Player and it still showed v10.0.45.0. I did a manual install of the .msi and it gave this error

We are currently deploying flash 10.0.45.0 through GP so how should I go about upgrading to 10.1? Is it just a matter of replacing the .msi and redeploying the GP? Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a NAS device thats around 1TB or more. Have previously used the Lacie 1TB big disk but this has gone faulty for the second time and is now out of warranty. This is for a primary school so doesn't need all the bells and whistles I should add that this NAS is just used for holding backups and nothing else!

Yesterday the problem laptops were Toshiba A200s but we do have 15 NC130s and these have previously not connected just like the A200s did. I updated the drivers on the NC130s after I read about the problems they were having with Ruckus wireless and I thought/hoped that would be the end of it.

Both transmit power and channel are set on auto. When the problem was reported I checked ZD and 5 clients were connected to the AP in question.

Staff here just double click the encrypted file which opens truecrypt. All they need to do next is just click a drive letter and click mount.

It just happened again The class had 22 netbooks which wouldn't connect till I rebooted the AP which serves that area of the school. To make matters worse I've got 25 more netbooks still in boxes to add to the network.

Thanks for all the replies. I'm in next week so I'll take the opportunity to swap the circuit board over from a working board if changing the lead doesn't help. Funny thing with this board is that it did start to spike a couple of years ago but then stopped. Maybe it doesn't like the hot weather

We've got a 6 year old Activboard that spiking really badly. I've done the usual things like changed computer, changed driver, changed power supply and flashed the firmware but none of it has made any difference. Is there anything else I can do? HT doesn't want to buy a new one if it can be fixed but what companies repair Activboards?

We've got 3 of those printers and they will still print when it thinks the toner is empty. All you need to do is enable the printer override setting which will give 500+ extra prints.

As luck would have it I've just been trying in install v3.1r5 on a Windows 7 machine and it gives the error Now I see on the Suffolk site there is a new version of Eyeprofile 3.1r6 that addresses the Win7 problems but has anyone been brave enough to try it?

We've got 6 Ruckus 2942 AP's and every now and again a random AP refuses at accept any clients. The clients can see the AP and so can the ZD but it will not allow any connections. If I log on to the AP using its web interface and reboot it works fine after that. In the last 30 days this has happened 4 times to 3 different APs so unless I've got a bad batch it must be something to do with the power. Any idea what I can do to solve this?

Is there a way using GP to hide the network key in the wireless network properties as ticking show characters reveals the key in plain text. I know only admins can see this but I prefer the way XP did it!
