  10. I'm still loving my Back Pack, how are you getting on with your Intel Flask @StevieM ??
  11. Can you install over the top of itself ( repair install ) Backup vital data etc and then format and do a clean install
  12. Backup important data and do a fresh install then [emoji12][emoji13][emoji14][emoji13][emoji12] Unless they have a time machine backup - maybe restore it ?
  13. Boot off a snow leopard installer disc and run disk utility and repair disk perms that way or make a bootable snow leopard drive and do it that way ( again not re installing the os but just to use disk utility to repair disk permissions ) If it still wont boot then backup data as required and re install OS X completely from fresh
  14. Ah ok - that makes sense. So presumably you just test for Current and Voltage and if it is below 12 volts and how ever many amps then either needs to be charged or battery replaced depending on the age of the battery and if the cells hold enough charge etc
  15. I was under the impression it was the current so amps / watts etc that had to provide enough to start and crank the engine over not the voltage, generally at least 300 plus or more amps Think my 1.6 petrol must need at least 400 or more ? Just guessing regards to the amount of amps / current though
  16. Burn in by passmark ?? http://www.passmark.com/products/bit.htm
  17. That has been my experience as well so I just ensure car is in neutral with the clutch down and try and start , as @cpjitservices has already suggested. Obviously not trying to do this for too long. If it doesn't start then either the battery or alternator ( battery is flat due to alternator not charging the battery, or the battery is too old and not holding enough current / amps etc in order to start the engine ) Think that is correct ..... Maybe Chris or someone can correct me
  18. ActivExperts linky ref vbs and folders / sub folders etc : Scripting Files and Folders using VBScript
  19. That is what I am aiming for yes ( as in the 128gb iPhone 6S Plus ) - be september / october time when I am due to renew. Am waiting to see what happens to 02 as think there was a news article ref Three buying 02 out Definitely jumping ship to vodafone or EE Be good to have a phablet on iOS as use it for watching videos / movies / listening to music and web browsing so emails and general web browsing.
  20. iPhone 5S 64gb - hopefully renew it when my contract is up and swap to another provider. Currently on 02 and thinking of going with either vodafone or EE
  21. @cpjitservices or @twin--turbo Only thing I can think of is 1) Have the car in neutral and push the clutch all the way down and then try and start the car up / turn it over etc ? 2) Get a new car battery, maybe your current battery isn't holding enough amps / watts to actually start ya car up ??
