  1. They are really useful regardless of pain/mobility issues, saves reaching up to close/open the top window and we don't have to get the fridge freezer out to retrieve a dropped knife/fork/spoon/pound coin. Every household should have at least one.
  2. Ooooh, ICL. Where it all started for me ... Oxford Regional Health Authority back in 1978 with an ICL 1903T running George III Happy days.

  8. Just got this to preserve my shoulders when visiting sites. Had it in a wish list for a while now so for me it's a result. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Backpack-Rucksack-Waterproof-Suitcase-Business/dp/B0BKL65G8X/ Was £69.99, now £55.99 (extra fiver off if you top up your gift card balance by £40)
  9. This little scrap of fur is just too damn cute.
  10. On the subject of cats. Our new one got out and stayed out until around 11pm last night. I closed off the catflap to stop her escaping again but she had other ideas and removed the "gate" that slides over the flap to shut it and took herself off out. No doubt that will be it until late tonight again!!
  11. Seems that Woking Council is spending money like water. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12256969/How-tiny-council-ran-1-2billion-debt-trying-Singapore-Surrey.html
  12. As the weather has cooled somewhat we had the email from on high to say that we are back in uniform from here on in and no more shorts and trainers. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.
  13. And so you should be. 2 great images there.
  14. Yep. It was about 8-10 inches deep under there this morning.
  15. Then I blame you for my drive through Dunstable this morning where many areas of the town were under 6+ inches of water!
  16. Indeed. Also, Photoshop has had the facility to change the sky at the click of a mouse for some time now.
  17. Let me know how you get on. We might just have to implement something similar in our club.
  18. As cunning as a fox who's just been appointed Professor of Cunning at Oxford University
  19. It's in a poorly ventilated comms room. I'm going to have to try and get over there and have a look at it later today.
