Hi, im trying to use clonezilla to image a laptop, ive got so far and now im trying to save the image on an external hard drive, and selected local disk to remote disk, and got a few steps further but now im stuck at configure network device, which im just confused why this even needs to be done just to take a image on the whole drive???? Also it lists both wlan and lan NIC's, trying selecting either of them, and both fail to get me any further, so i could do with a few points, thanks for your help as always Regards

After calibrating this smartboard countless times, im no sure it wont get any better, after calibration its still a few milimeters out, not lift threatening i know, but when your trying to write on the board its extremely annoying. Just wondered if theres anything else i can try, i think this boards a few years old, so just wondering whether all the usage over the years as worn it out

Wouldnt it be easier for you to add a gpo for all student users not to be able to add printers? only leaving them with the ones you allocate?

I do have a full system image to restore, but i cant even boot from dvd to install windows 7 again, bios is seeing the dvd which windows 7 installation disc is on, so i really cant see whats stopping it boot

Right..........yesterday at home i saw windows 7 downloading and installing some updates, then waiting for me to restart pc, left pc on over night, wake up this morning to find pc had tried to restart during the night, only to find pc hanging on starting windows, leave for an hour, still "starting windows" so i restart pc again, only now it doesnt even get to starting windows, just a black screen. Tried booting from windows 7 disc, only to find it wont boot from the disc either, if i could i could simply restore last nights backup before the updates were installed, thats if it isnt something else causing these problems. Any ideas where i can start when i get back home..........................

Raid 0 is faster but depends how important that data stored on this machine, is stick to what you got, what is the spec of the rest of the machine?
