  4. it sounds like the printers are not being installed because of possibly uac, the older accounts have already added the printer thats why it works,so i would check for windows update issues.

  11. altaro vm backum might work for you they have a free verson but do not skimp on backups its not worth it the school should recognise this and ensure you have enough funds to effectivly have good backups as part of your business continuity plan I use altaro here with a qnaps and wasbi offsite bucket. after a failed cluster i managed to get everything back up and running within a day so defo money well spent its actually very cheap Its an option different to veeam

  15. had building control look at it now after the extra joist was put in place and they are happy with the build without the extra joist the building was not to code so im glad i got them involved
  16. so the builder will now install an extra beam across the entire roof to ensure some extra support, this will then be boxed in so hopefully everything should be fine. im glad it was not just me thinking its not right thanks for the comments
  17. i was away when doing it so did not get chance to question,he has put internal roof in so he might have to redo it but it is upv panels so should not be expensive to fix
  18. it is outside of scope 3mtrs by 3mtrs 50% glass not more that 3 metres high so boundary issues are negated
  19. at the end of the day its the builders issue he is not getting paid until the job is put right i just wanted other peoples opinion,my thoughts are i would put an extra beam across from window to window to transfer the weight to the footings. but good shout about the angles. I might pay for the building inspector to come and look as this looks like a bodge it and leg it job. thank god i paid in stages everything else is fine its just looks like not enough support

  21. looks like im going to hold back on the final payment now and get a new builder in to redo the roof
  22. yes i thought that,it is a plastic tile roof not much weight he is about 16stone and he stood on the top of the roof
  23. I am having a conservatory built and dont know if the builder has put the roof on correctly the joists look too thin at one end. what do you think
