What MP3 player has the best audio quality?
Sandman replied to Dos_Box's topic in AV and Multimedia Related
Apple iPod's are pretty good. Audio quality will depend more on the quality of headphones and the bitrate the mp3 is encoded at. Higher the bitrate the better the quality. -

I just noticed the second post saying "security group".... this may help instead - Adding and removing users from security groups using VbScript - Scripting / VBScript for Windows

You could adapt something like this to work: dsget user "cn=User1,ou=West,dc=MyDomain,dc=com" -memberOf | dsmod group -addmbr "cn=User2,ou=West,dc=MyDomain,dc=com" Also this link has a VBS script that may do the job (although it is for VISTA not 2000/2003): Vista Forums

I got this from an answers forum. Might be useful. The major changes to Offline Files for Windows 7 includes improved file access and an improved network file experience for users. Before doing this keep in ur mind : 1. Fast first logon 2. Usually Offline support with Background Sync 3. Exclusion list 4. Transparent Caching Transparent Caching is not enabled by default. IT administrators can use a Group Policy setting to enable Transparent Caching, improve the efficiency of the cache, and configure the amount of hard disk drive space that the cache uses. Also with regards to ensuring users can “take home” the laptop and taking it off the domain you could use folder redirection and offline files as a possible solution.

docx extensions and similar are fixed for viewing in open-office.... if your version still has issues you can either patch it or (easier) just re-install the latest version.

Looking for a 10" Tablet - Any suggestions?
Sandman replied to flyinghaggis's topic in Mobile Devices & Tablets
Samsung Galaxy Tablet is just under 9" and is v good for portability and not flash restricted either! You can get one for less than £300 now too! -
Have you tried pasting the content into and out of notepad first. This will strip any formatting off the data and often fixes a lot of issues I have found.

I asked around the office and someone has had this before. In their case it was that the hardware vendor had forecefully applied an incompatible chipset to the board. So in that case the board was being reported incorrectly by board id tool. In short it's a faulty board.

Have you tried disabling automatic image re-sizing on the browsers. Apparently this can have some knock on effects. You might also try dropping the "Screen Area or Resolution" in the browser settings to 800x600 as I've just been told that causes issues with some hardware on Win 7 too! -
