    There is a partition in between the c: and the unallocated space. It is where I store my data so very important. How reliable are these 3rd party tools to move around these partitions?

    Hi all, I am attempting to extend the volume on my c: on Server Manager. The error comes up as "Extend Failed - Error extending volume: Not enough available capacity Activity ID: {75dab509-0078-4f8a-a030-5c0f067d534e}. I definitely know I have spare unallocated space on the disk available. Could you assist please.

    Could you assist in how to increase my system reserved partition from 512 MB to 1GB

    At the moment there is only a Primary partition which holds most of the space 1.8TB and only 20MB unallocated.

    Hi all, I am attempting to backup my Hyper V machines using a local external SSD drive, however I am receiving an error message “Not enough space to create the volume shadow copy on the storage location”. The drive has been formatted so it is completely empty. My Hyper V storage size is 1.3TB and my SSD drive is a 2TB. Am I missing something obvious here? Many thanks V

    Hi all, As you may know Microsoft have enforced users to setup a MFA on their accounts. I am attempting to disable this feature for my students as many of them do not own additional devices to set this up. I attempted to see if I could remove this from Office 365 admin center. Users > Active users. >Multi-factor authentication. I have ensured they are all disabled. However they are they are still receiving 2-factor authentication request upon signing in. Any ideas?     Hi all, My client has been using Activinspire as their main software for their classes. We are now looking to replace their IWBs. My question is ActivInspire compatible with all brands of IWBs? or is the software specific to Promethean boards. Main concern are the IWB pens and if they will function on that software. Many thanks

    Thank you for your response. I believe my old NAS was a RAID 5 setup. Would I be able to back up the data from all 4 disks using a single USB caddy? Would that corrupt the data in any sort of way? My main concern is to retrieve the data from my disks.

    Hi all, I have a Nas that has failed due to power issues. I have purchased a new one in replacement. My question is, what are to steps to migrate the data from the dead Nas drive to the new. Am I able to simply slot the 4 drives into the new Nas? Will this corrupt the data in any sort? Many thanks V

    Thanks for your response. I have managed to get hold of a pair of ActivArena pens, however I am unable to upgrade the firmware on my activboards as it is greyed out. The boards that I am dealing with as connected via serial cables. I am unable to find out which gen of Activboard we have. Any suggestions would be great

    Hi, The school I manage currently is working with the old Activ Primary boards. I am attempting to get a replacement pen for it. Not sure on the model of the pen I am looking for, but I believe it to be the 'Activpen3'. From what I remember they were blue with orange/yellow rings around. Any ideas of where I am able to purchase one of these outdated pens?

    Hi, We have many Activboards 78" 300 series, all of them are receiving BSOD at various times with the code being "IRQL not less or equal", I have realised it was the activ driver that was causing the issue. In addition this has caused my pen to not be recognised by the board Currently all of my boards are stuck on Version 8.04 build 0 or 4. I am unable upgrade the version to the recommend v8.10. Here are some forums links that I have followed but found no luck. Windows 10 update 1903 - ActivInspire crashing - solution (axiedu.com) My Windows 10 computer crashes when I connect my Promethean device (prometheanworld.com) Firmware Updating – Promethean Community (prometheanworld.com) Any assistance with this would be great because this is driving me up the wall.     Hi all, I am attempting to deploy a new profile on my shared iPads on Meraki by removing the current one. I removed the old profile on the DEP setting, but later on found out that no action occurred on the iPads. Now I am in a position where I am unable to access the devices on Meraki, meaning I am not able to push commands etc. Does anyone know how to reset these devices when they are in this position? I am unable to reset on the devices themselves and Meraki Any suggestions would be great. Many thanks

    Hi all, We currently use Meraki MDM for our classrooms iPads, not sure if this is related. The issue is when recording videos or using the iMovie app a pop-up message appears 'iPad storage full - you do not have enough storage to record video' Having received this message, every iPad has approximately 15GB free storage. So not sure why this is happening any suggestions would be amazing. I have removed and reinstalled the app, used different accounts and i've had no luck. Many thanks

    Yes I am selected "VPP Device Assignment" when pushing the apps on its settings. Yes changing the restrictions work, I have tried to restrict the use of the Camera app and it worked perfectly fine

    Do you mean having an updated certificate? I have tested it, it says its valid. Yes I can see all my enterprise licensing for my apps on the VPP tab. In the apps tab, I am trying to push the apps to the devices, but nothing happens
