Need some geek help with Designs.. :)

I'm trying to "brand" myself (no not with a cattleprod!) with some sort of company name and logo..

So far I have a name (Gattancha Consultancy Services) but no idea's on a logo..

Any ideas would be appreciated - from Full Name logo's to just one's involving GCS..

Ta in advance and hope someone can come up with something... :)

No good at logos either but you need two - GCS for your main logo and a corporate 'look' for the whole company name.

If you do an image search for 'three letter logos' it will give you a good idea of the look you can get using various fonts.

Why not approach a logo designer? There are loads of professionals locally and online that offer such a service. Talking from experience, drawing stick men is about my limit in terms of drawing.

Thanks for the replies so far - Nephilim & Sysman - would be greatly appreciated if you guys can help - I'm about as artistic as a fly after a dose of Raid!

Unethical to use them as they are already in use.

agreed... but a good way to see what is in use and make sure what Gatt uses is different and distinctive. maybe not the poster's intention, but a valid thing to do anyway.

Yeah I don't want to be accused of plagarism or trade/copy right infringements :p

Aslo, as witch has said, something diffrenet and distinctive - but in some way describes me?

I'm liking the avatar as you will be remembered for the funky logo I'd say :)

I like the avatar too ... Always good to help people remember you if you have a funky avatar ... But it makes it difficult to change your avatar / branding later on sometimes.

Forgot all about this!!

having looked through the designs again, I'm being drawn more to the bottom one...

The logo would also work well with the likes of Sharepoint, Wordpress, etc.. :)
