There are now a couple of purple options to try out. They are not full skins for now as I just had time to knock up a couple of background changes.

Have you possibly got javascript disabled or noscript running? Try switching to a non tabbed template but using the selector at the very bottom left corner of the page.

As per previous response, ZH has to create a theme for this himself and it is in the pipeline. It will be a template as before with all main site features that are not required will be removed to make a "lightweight" theme.

Hmmmm, overall look is ok. I much prefered the "latest posts" box in the middle of the front page to see what was currently under discussion. Now I just tend to have a look at the jobs pages and then shut it down. Oh well, that's progrees for you I guess.

I agree. The "latest posts" box needs to return in the same summary form as before.

Actually - it needs that back and/or news content being regularly posted - the first page needs to encourage people to stick around and explore. Once articles start appearing regularly (as in one or two - at least - a day) that should do it. It's easier to have it be the forums though, as we're constantly writing them, so they're fresh.
