I'm not too worried about 'gonna', as 'going to' does lend itself to being shortened.

 

It's just seeing it written.

 

I'm brilliant at making spelling mistakes but at least I know the rights and wrongs of grammar and I left school 38 years ago.

Actually, ur rite.

 

I cringe at some of the things our kids say. However, I far prefer the grammatically suspect but comprehensible to the those that I simply cannot understand.

Don't look at me, I have more sence ;) I make far too many mistakes.

Well done me cocker.....You've discovered my whereabouts. No word here is allowed to end in a vowel sound. It's more of an 'all' than an 'ool' though. It's said to be how Bristol got its name, from Brigestowe (Brigstow, Brigestow etc.)

I'd say variations ;) The missus is Bristolian, born in Clifton, as are her parents and siblings, and they are all ool/alls. They say Asdal as well, hence I knew it was Bristol :)

 

It's very annoying, what's more annoying is walking on after work and the following being said.

Hahaha. That's what I tell her! She's the only one from Clifton, the rest are from Fishponds/Filton, and ironically, shes the only really posh/snobby one!
