What is the Plural of the computer mouse?

A major debate has sprung up here. With reference to the computer mouse what is the plural?

 

I have always used 'mice' but there is a train of thought here that it should be 'mices'

 

Using Google to try to resolve this is inconclusive so I throw it open to Edugeek: What do you think?

Yes that was to say that some here thought that this should be the answer. But we can dismiss that straight off the bat!

I just call them 'pointy things'

I call the projector remotes 'hoofer doofers' & the office is 'My Orifice.' And when I get asked to explain how certain things work in the IT world I just refer to it all as 'witchcraft'

 

Most of the staff think I'm bonkers.....[ I am but that's a different story ]

And I have always believed in the server fairies, and frequently blame them when a system won't behave when running training.

Mouses. Nailed on.

 

(anyone remember a kids book.. with "houses for mouses" and "hice for mice".. cant remember the name of it now.. we are talking 25 yrs ago :))
