ISP Recommendations

Hi all,

 

Shopping around for a new ISP reseller.  Our current Virgin resellers are abominable and they have to go.... I inherited them a couple of years ago... they should be exterminated... no names  

 

I've used Zen, Virgin and almost went with Wave9 in the past.  Are Wave9 as good as before?

 

Line will be minimum 1Gps FTTP leased line with backup.

 

I need prompt customer service prompt tech support....   I can't even get a response from our current lot.

 

Who's good that you use presently???

Yes. Zen are excellent.

My go to was Exa for years at my last place (in contract with others here at the moment). Great service, and helpful in general

Have a look and see if you are able to get City Fibre, I've been a customer for +10 years now through 3 jobs and my home broadband.

Currently in the process of migrating to Wave9 - just had notification that the circuit has been handed over a couple of days ago ready for our Easter switch over.  Process so far has gone very smoothly but ask me after the Easter break how things are!

Turns out I was way off..  they're now doing business in the US and Europe. Things have come a long way since we first joined Orbital.
