Alastairb25 Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 Hi, Anyone else seeing issues? We have quite a few failed logon, retry messages and so forth Status on 365 seems ok so wondering if its our provider, Talk Straight? TIA, Alastair
ColonelPanic Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 (edited) Status on 365 health is very much not okay. User impact Users may be unable to access their Exchange Online mailboxes or their calendar functionality in Microsoft Teams. More info The affected scenarios are as follows:Users may be unable to access Exchange Online using the following impacted connection methods:- Outlook on the web- Outlook desktop client- Representational State Transfer (REST)- Exchange ActiveSync (EAS)Users may also be unable to access or modify their calendar in Microsoft Teams. This would include loading calendar, viewing meetings, creating/updating meetings and joining meetings. Scope of impact Some users may intermittently be affected by this issue when attempting to access their mailboxes using any connection method in Exchange Online or attempting to use their calendar in Microsoft Teams Preliminary root cause A portion of infrastructure which supports mailbox and calendar functionality isn't operating as expected, resulting in impact. Awaiting an update at 1100, essentially they've tried restarting the affected sections of infrastructure, and it wouldn't restart (according to the health page, around 0500 this morning) Edited November 25, 2024 by ColonelPanic 3
Oaktech Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 We're seeing lots of intermittent weirdness, I assume related to the service health statement above. Messages arriving with attachments that can't be accessed Messages not sending 503 messages accessing Outlook on the web Shared mailboxes not accessible from the desktop client Shared mailboxes slow to access on the web Errors in our Helpdesk software retrieving messages via API Errors in Uniflow online scanning to email. Slow or failing access to everything in Teams.
sigma Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 My Outlook was flaky on my home broadband and isn’t much better on mobile now.
andy_b Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 No reports of email problems (yet). However the admin pages are taking forever to load today.
36Degrees Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 We have users reporting 503 messages accessing Outlook on the web, taking a long time to load, crashes when they try to send an email, won't let them add attachments, won't find people in the address book...
ITGuyNW Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 We must be on a nice segment as we have had zero issues.

lparry Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 We are also experiencing some issues with Universal Print despite what the service health says (May be coincidence but we've had two primary schools report the same issues!)
