Can anyone get the diagnostics on this page to pass?

We're on the SWGfL and even on my pretty unfiltered connection I'm getting a cross against:

Took a while to load (30s+) but it eventually worked.

ably blocked here - we use Fortigate, but my connection is pretty much unfiltered

 

edit to mention, just tried on my totally unfiltered phone, and got the same result

it didn't work first try but 2nd try it worked in a few seconds.
