Who is doing the best Christmas sandwich in 2019?

After having a very dissapointing Christmas sarnie from Greggs the other day, I'm just wondering who is doing the best one this year?

I haven't tried any others yet so recommendations welcome.

BTW, if you live near an Aldi, the 6ft pig-in-blanket is recommended and I should point out right now that this is NOT suitable for one person!

The co-op Brie and Cranberry ones are pretty darn good too. Never seen that one on the shelf at our shop @sparkeh

Both Sainsbury’s and M&S do similar Brie sandwiches which are excellent too

Tesco's Boxing Day sandwich was very disappointing - more coleslaw and cranberry sauce than meat. One to avoid IMO!

I just want sandwiches that don't have coleslaw, the 3000 variations of flavoured mayonnaise (or the horrible plain version), salad cream or whatever they have thought of to tried to keep it all moist so you don't notice the bread is starting to go stale!

 

Or tomato!

Northern soul Crimbo Dinner is hard to beat.. Grilled cheese with ya crimbo dinner in it (you all need to come to Manchester and eat one its amazing)

They also do hamazing grace, some brie one and another I forgot but they are the best I've found

I fry up the leftover vegetables/turkey/stuffing and add some gravy and whack it in a stottie on boxing day. Its my favourite meal of the year!

Tesco's standard turkey christmas sandwich was well filled when I had one today so thats a more good national alternative.
