It's just our world is 90% of the time a very negative place to work in and how often does an article like this appear praising us? It's sad, that as mentioned in the article, it is our job to be completely and utterly invisible, if we are visible and being noticed then things are probably going wrong. If we do our job well, no one notices. It's demoralising and depressing to get little or no thanks for doing a great job, especially in the long term (I've been doing this 16 years now). That article is like the thank you we all really needed! 1
