A few years ago I randomly signed something with my maiden name... some twenty years after I had ditched it in favour of my current surname. I have no idea why or what prompted it. I hadn't made that mistake since shortly after I got married and haven't made it since!

I know, I can't get used to it yet. Work are sweet, usually we don't change usernames just add a new email addy and change display names but they messaged me the other day to say they created a .pst and a made a new username for me so it's all been changed

That's nice of them, given how much work that can be depending on how many linked systems they have. We do the same thing, just change display names and add an alias.
