3CX has features to host webinars without downloading software for other user

Most of our Edu customers have handsets in classrooms but some have soft-phones on the classroom computer. 3CX offer a mobile app where teachers/assistants are also contactable via the phone app wherever they are if that could be a possible solution?

Reasonably easy to set up too. Just make sure there is an additional mic if you need quality sound

3CX web-meetings could be an option, can show live streaming to anyone with the private web link. No need to download extra software just click on the web link that opens a web browser window

I use to create template posters in PowerPoint for other managers to edit. That was the best tool I could work with where others could easily change. I would add text boxes with sample text and they could edit. Depending what your chosen school fonts are - there will always be issues with some people using the different fonts (comic sans ) Save the powerpoint template in the largest format (A3) and they could change to either A4 via the printer settings for size. You could try Canva - free online design software > https://www.canva.com/ Or you could create a template on Word/Powerpoint/Publisher. Add the image formatted as JPEG/PNG to the background, lock it if possible depending on the software. Then add the text box at the front for others to edit the text as they need to. Hope that makes sense?
