Even if supply isn't impeded in itself - then it will be impeded by the warehouses getting filled up

 

which might mean other companies are being affected - or maybe KFC have to pay them anyway - in either case KFC have trouble here as well

There was a photo on BBC news of a factory full of chicken and nowhere for it to go. Total shambles but will be forgotten quickly.

Ahhh... In that case we have to ask "Are those cases actually full of broccoli?" "Was the picture taken this century?" "Is it in a warehouse, or a whorehouse?"

In other words - is it 'The Truth' (the Sun ain't popular round these parts)

 

back on topic - I still have no idea what the actual problem is - they can't manage to deliver to nearly(?) half of the KFCs - but why after all this time?

is it due to lack of lorries (big or little?) or can DHL not get hold of the stuff to take to the store

 

seems a bit weird to me

You can guarantee the management at BidVest (I think? had the previous contract) would have had a fit laughing about this. I would if I'd lost a huge contract to someone who then literally couldn't deliver.

Not laughing too much, they still lost the contract whether DHL deliver or not.

I saw a video on facebook showing KFC employees purchasing Chickens from Asda....

 

Fake. The bigger guy is DiscoBoy, known for pranks etc. Was also stolen from his channel.

 

Have noticed some store that were open now arnt. looks like the stocked stores are running out.
