Chrome v124 - ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE
0x9h3 replied to BOOT's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
Hi all, I have turned off the web control feautures of Sophos and deployed the reg keys and its still the same. On site, if I remove Sophos I still have the same issue. The only way I have found to resolve the issue is to add the IP address of the computer into Smoothwall exceptions (which obviously I do not want to do). Staff taking laptops home the browsers work fine. I have a ticket still open with SMoothwall just been escalated to 2nd line. -

Hi both, The registry key fix appears to be intermittent for us. Some computer it works and others it does nothing. Have you heard back from Sophos? I find their support terrible to say the least... -

Hi, Thank you for this. Did you have these enabled in the Base Policy - Threat Protection, or in another policy or is it a policy you've created. Would you mind sending me screenshots of the policies you've disabled, please Thanks, -

Thanks, DMJ. I have moved to Veeam and cannot backup my file server because there isn't enough space on the volume...

Dear all, I need some advice please. I've inherited a Server 2012r2 Hyper-V cluster connected to the san by iScsi (I know). The san is an HP StoreVirtual 4530 running raid6 with 4 volumes created for VM's, however the file server is sitting on a volume that has 380gb of space left out of a total space of 20tb. On this volume though there is 5tb of storage unallocated. I have tried to expand the volume on the host that's holding onto the disk but I get an error 'the volume cannot be extended because the number of clusters will exceed the maximum number of clusters supported by the file system. Unfortunately, I can't move the file server share vhdx files to other volumes on the cluster as there isn't enough space. In HP StoreVirtual, I can edit the volume and 'Cluster Available Space' I still have 9.33TB free. How am I best expanding the space on this volume please?

All resolved, thanks guys

Hi all, I walked into school this morning to find a Cisco switch off with no lights on, but a loud fan noise refusing to power on. The switches are a Cisco WS-C2960S-48LPD-L in a stack of 3. The switch that I am having issues with the the 2nd switch in the stack. I replaced with a working switch, it added the switch to the stack as number 4 not 2. I putty'd into the switch and changed it to number 2 in the stack and its kept the change, however it's now shows a number 4 switch in the stack as a member with no MAC adress and 'provisioned' Also, the switch 2 (the replacement) is showing all the interfaces on the default 1 vlan instead of the VLANS we use. I did take a backup of the switches config before making any changes. Any ideas please? Thanks,

Hello, Is I.E Tab the Google Chrome plugin needed now a subscription service?!

Hello everyone, I hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year. The fibre link to our upper school has gone down. These consist of Cisco 2960-s stacked, with 2 fibres apparently into the top 2 switches. I think the fiber connect LC (from memory)/ Although I think only 1 the fibre to top switch is working. I have tried reseating the connection both ends, I have used another module and connected the fibre to no avail. I have shown a light down the fiber and its only coming out of the one fibre cable.I have checked the core switches and there are no errors on there at all. Can anyone give me advise on what to try next? Does it sound like there's a break in the fibre cable? Looking at the logs, it looks like it went down yesterday Sunday afternoon... Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks,

Hello everyone, I have finance staff who are struggling to access sites such as CGP Book and PCWorld as they are hit with Cloud Fare - access denied message. We use smoothwall filtering and I have added the PC to the exception list but they are still hit with this error message. Has anyone else experienced this before? It's currently 2 users having this issue? Thanks,

Hi HPlum78, No, the users are not receiving the email as expected. We are entirely cloud based and the emails are being sent to the same domain (Office 365 tenant). Thanks,

Hi, I am having a weird issue with teams groups. When someone sends an email to this group it shows as being expanded in mail trace. Does anyone have any ideas as to the cause and hopefully a fix to this issue? We are completely cloud based office 365. Thanks,

WCBS are bringing out a new and improved HUB2 next year. It is supposed to be the all dancing new MIS. What issues are you having with 3Sys/pass ?

Have you not migrated to HUB?

Hi, Do you have any cables left? I am after one for one of our Promethean board and they're becoming rare

Sorry for the slow reply, it's been pretty hectic lately. Yes, I have added the VLANS on the switches and tagged the uplink ports. I am still rather confused. If the VLAN is over multiple switches around the site do I need to add an Interface IP on all the switches? I'd like smoothwall to handle the routing for this but whenever I add a device onto the VLAN they can't ping smoothwall or any other switch/device Thanks
