It really is quite worrying that people actually think this. Perhaps Elon Musk will offer them all a free ride in one of his rockets so they can look for themselves!!! It would be worth it just to hear what they say when the come back from their trip around, along or whatever direction they think they'll be travelling in!!!!!!!

You are assuming that 'Flat Earthers' are open to persuasion and new ideas (ie: Ideas that they don't currently agree with) I doubt it. There would just be more justification for a flat Earth for other (ridiculous) reasons.

The Flat Earther have an answer to that - so even if they went un in a rocket they would still be unconvinced

 

They claim that spacecraft and space helmet glass is curved so it distorts the horizon so that it looks curved

 

dunno how they would cope if they could see the whole circle and see that it moves but I'm sure they have something for that as well

follow that to any sort on conclusion and you end up with thoughts like how do i know anybody/thing else exists they could all be figments of my imagination (or i could be a figment of theirs) there is no way i know of to prove the world isnt a simulation and debatably the further AI progresses the more likely it is that life is some sort of simulation anyway. There is no ultimate proof of anything if you choose to believe it to some extent that is your "reality"
