With a couple of gallons of petrol, he could reach at least 10,000 feet driving up the Rocky Mountains, or for maybe $200 30,000+ with an airline ticket.

Go up in a hot air balloon. Take whatever photos are needed to prove the case. Return to ground level newly educated and enlightened.

sted Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 The argument is that you cannot go high enough in a hot air balloon to see the earth’s curvature i think felix baumgartner would disagree lol (though i admit thats hardly a standard hot air balloon) again equipment required luck 2 people and a sea based lighthouse the taller the better (other tall buildings on the coast will do) one person at as close to ground level as possible watches a ship go out to sea till they can no longer see it the person higher up should still be able to see it for a while longer. At worst equipment wise you need 2 pairs of binoculars (or failing that on a clear day with a decent enough telescope you should be able to look across any ocean to the land mass on the other side if the world was flat) 1

[is what they will say] Actually I have read that in that specific image the fish eye nature of the lens used makes the curvature far more noticeable than it should be sorry - to be clear - I have read from someone who did not support flat earth but did know about camera lens of course the flat earth people say ALL images of a curved Earth are like that but actually the image does not in any way support the flat Earth model

Well.... He built his first manned rocket in 2014, the Associated Press reported, and managed to launch it a quarter-mile over Winkelman, Ariz. As seen in a YouTube video, the flight ended with footage of Hughes being dragged, moaning, from the remains of the rocket. The injuries he suffered put him in a walker for two weeks, he said.

It's a hypothesis at best, and shouldn't be labelled as anything else (other than maybe absolute ********). Stick a ruler on the ground. Is there a gap under each side? No, the earth is flat. Scientific Proof that the earth is flat! 30 mins till home time and not enough time to start anything new today so posting nonsense. My 29 YO friend asked me if the earth was flat the other day. He believed it was. I dont understand nor looked up, what do they thing the water does when it reaches the end. IS there a big glass wall? Do we look like a goldfish tank to aliens? Scientific Proof that the earth is flat! Also, if you use a really really really long ruler, and hold it up, it will be all bendy. But, lay it on the ground and it will straighten right out. More proof that the Earth has to be flat!

(for those that don't know - the Bedford Level experiment is one of the main things that 'flat earthers' use to prove their theory)
