How do your school process registration detail into SIMS do you do this manually or an online portal?

 

Also how do get SIMS FMS to connect to the bank and be able to do BACS/Faster payment service?

All of the above is dealt with by the school office, and a package called Schools Cash Office from Tucasi which also includes integration to our MIS and an online payment portal for parents via a WorldPay Merchant account.

We use ParentPay to take most payments which is then integrated with PS Financials and SIMS

Likewise, everything is dealt through finance because it's money related.

 

We have Parent Pay for trips etc but again all through finance.

 

SIMs data is entered from the likes of the data manager > attendance/personnel officers.

Schools Cash Office is a cloud based service with a local application GUI installed on all the machines which deal with finance. The parents portal (scopay) is a separate entity. We customize it to look a bit like our website and link to it from the VLE and from the external website.

Similar to other replys but we use Wisepay. Our school office deals with all these. Currently setting up SIMS to handle school fees for our finance team.

We use SchoolCOMMS here as well as their SchoolGateway for parental access to behaviour, reports, asessment etc.

School comma can't do registration fees for school places.
