BehaviourWatch, it's....ok. There's a python exe that syncs from SIMS that I eventually got to work, but it's not super modern, and they seem to spend their time trying to be a full MIS than updating their web tech

I have been asked to look at BehaviourWatch so that's useful :)

One school uses iris IRIS | Pupil behaviour management for secondary schools. SLT like it but I find it very clunky behind the scenes and it takes up far too much of my time although if you have your timetable in SIMS it may work better.

The other school uses https://www.epraise.co.uk/ This seems much more positive focused although it does also track poor behaviour. I don't know as much about it, but it certainly looks more modern.

We've used ClassCharts for around 4 or 5 years now and the staff love it here too. They find things much easier than the previous behaviour management software we have used in the past.

Seating plans is an added bonus.

Looking at Class Charts ourselves, but in the Groupcall setup it's pulling staff personal address data out of SIMS!

I don't think so!

I would avoid BehaviourWatch - lots of promises of customisation and flexibility that doesn't really materialise. Reporting tools are very limited. We resort to manually exporting the data to CSV and processing with Excel to moniter our KPIs.

Forms are lost if you go offline while filling one in (if our staff have a lot to type, they type up in word and copy across)

If you have a customisation request (like radio buttons in forms for example) you're lucky if you get in the dev queue which is strictly policed.

We've been with them for 3 years now, not sure how much longer we can cope with it!

We've been using Class Charts with SIMS for a few years now. Our staff are very happy with it and their support has generally been excellent.

We use SIMS for behaviour however we do have a bespoke in-house system for On-Calls which stores in SQL and generates all sorted of graphs based on on-call reason, behaviour, attendance etc.

Works way better than SIMS 'emergency' button.
