I would avoid BehaviourWatch - lots of promises of customisation and flexibility that doesn't really materialise. Reporting tools are very limited. We resort to manually exporting the data to CSV and processing with Excel to moniter our KPIs. Forms are lost if you go offline while filling one in (if our staff have a lot to type, they type up in word and copy across) If you have a customisation request (like radio buttons in forms for example) you're lucky if you get in the dev queue which is strictly policed. We've been with them for 3 years now, not sure how much longer we can cope with it!

Is anyone else's lgfl Internet connection offline? Tried calling support but get a robot telling me all is busy.

I received a txt from our monitoring service at 5.30AM reporting a failure and hot-footed into the office to investigate. When I realised the internet connection was offline I also couldn't get through to support. I tried option 2 and spoke to Virgin. I think I was one of the first to few call them, and they were collating information about the cause of the problem and getting a support ticket opened to cover it. Their comment at the time was that it was definitely an LGFL issue. I got the impression that they also at that time weren't in direct contact with LGFL either (i.e. the customers were the first people to alert Virgin of the issue) Whatever happened to the hardware, I suspect that lgfl are probably looking quite closely at the service monitoring, support and reaction to the unfolding problem that morning.

Hi All, I'm taking a look at our aging SIMS install (installed way before my time) - I have a few tasks to perform. The first is to give access to it to all staff, historically only seniors/admin have had access (~10 users), we actually have 550+ staff here and, in theory, we'd like everyone to have read access to certain data. Is there a bulk user creation utility? I have found Matt's bulk update utility but that seems just to update existing users details. I figure there must be a tool to import users from a csv (which I could easily obtain) Many thanks in advance. Andy
