Norphy Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 So it's an nvidia card then. Something like an FX5200 or FX5600? That looks like an SLI connector on the top so it'll be an SLI capable card. 1
Oaktech Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 Here's one from my pile! Errr... It's a graphics card... Probably an ATI of some sort. PCIe. It does not look well. Le Edit... I see it is not an ATI.

bald_pig Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 It's a Zotac branded Geforce 7300 GT with a whole 256Mb of GDDR2! VGA Legacy MKIII - NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT We could have gone all day naming models
Dos_Box Posted February 3, 2017 Author Posted February 3, 2017 That's an old HTC Windows CE mobile phone by the looks of it. TMobile branded them as their own before HTC started making their name known. It is indeed a HTC, can you guess the model? Edited to add: It was running Windows Mobile, not CE.
Norphy Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 It looks like one of the tmobile MDA phones but I can't remember which model of HTC it was based on.
difinity Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 It is indeed a HTC, can you guess the model? Edited to add: It was running Windows Mobile, not CE. The XDA ?
Oaktech Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 It is indeed a HTC, can you guess the model? Edited to add: It was running Windows Mobile, not CE. Because windows mobile was soooo much better an' everythin' [/sarcasm]
Norphy Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 It is indeed a HTC, can you guess the model? Edited to add: It was running Windows Mobile, not CE. Tomato, to-mate-o. Windows Mobile was Windows CE with a couple of bolt-ons HTC TyTN II? 1
dry Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 Tomato, to-mate-o. Windows Mobile was Windows CE with a couple of bolt-ons HTC TyTN II? Yep, that's a TyTN II! I remember bidding on one at my local auctions many years ago and chickening out at £100... Dread to think what they're worth these days 1
Dos_Box Posted February 3, 2017 Author Posted February 3, 2017 (edited) Yup, it's a HTC TyTN II. A very nice phone at the time. It came out just after the iPhone (about a month or so later), but id a good job at what it was supposed to do. You have to remember that the iPhone was an untested proposition back then and Android wouldn't appear for another year, so many with Windows infrastuctures went for Windows Mobile devices. Dread to think what they're worth these days I see on Ebay they are going for about £40 - £50. A future collectable I think. 1
deKay Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 @ZeroHour is not allowed to guess this one: That's a HTC Vario II, or III.
deKay Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 What about these then.... MO discs? Here's my old Vario II, which is still in my drawer in the office!
Dos_Box Posted February 3, 2017 Author Posted February 3, 2017 MO discs? Here's my old Vario II, which is still in my drawer in the office! It's a HTC TyTN II. (answer on previous page).
Norphy Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 What about these then.... They look a bit like the 3" disks that came with Amstrad PCW machines.
soapyfish Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 yeah they do look a bit like that but they are not,
Norphy Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 What about this one? It looks like a foot to me. On the bottom of a console perhaps?
deKay Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 It's a HTC TyTN II. (answer on previous page). Yeah. I think, though, the Vario II is a TyTN, and the Vario III is a TyTN II. I did have a Vario III as well, but I've not kept it.
