That's an old HTC Windows CE mobile phone by the looks of it. TMobile branded them as their own before HTC started making their name known.

 

It is indeed a HTC, can you guess the model?

Yup, it's a HTC TyTN II. A very nice phone at the time. It came out just after the iPhone (about a month or so later), but id a good job at what it was supposed to do.

You have to remember that the iPhone was an untested proposition back then and Android wouldn't appear for another year, so many with Windows infrastuctures went for Windows Mobile devices.

Yeah. I think, though, the Vario II is a TyTN, and the Vario III is a TyTN II. I did have a Vario III as well, but I've not kept it.
