A 1980s TV modulator, twin 3.5mm cassette ports, large heatsink on the blocking diode, looks like a Z80 processor, Sinclair-style transistor bodge over the ULA....

I'm going to guess ZX81?

I think you are right, I mistook the bus connector for another ISA connector! I was thinking it was an early TV card.

I would conclude the same thing, but I think they maybe so you can play Gameboy games in a NES and SNES respectively.
