LoyalHeretic Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 https://twitter.com/starwars/status/718043194378682373 Say what you want about Disney, but more Star Wars can never be a bad thing as far as i'm concerned.
Domino Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 more Star Wars can never be a bad thing as far as i'm concerned. Missed the prequels did you?
LoyalHeretic Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 Missed the prequels did you? They weren't all bad, but yeah, I see your point. It still gets me every time, though, when a John Williams overture starts.
LeMarchand Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 That's the first trailer that I've seen in a long time that has got me wanting to see the film RIGHT NOW!
Grey-gear Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Just weighing up the ramification of freezing my shelf in Carbonate till the movie is out, can't wait
6Foot2 Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 ...freezing my shelf in Carbonate till the movie is out... Better to do the entire cabinet. That way it won't look out of place.

DalekSec Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Just seen the new trailer, i had such a huge grin on my face during that last bit!!!!! Havent been this excited since the VII trailer! -Fans boys so hard with girly screams-
XiJ Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Wasn't sure what to expect with this - what with Disney ruining the EU (the important one, not the European Union) Very excited though. Good old stormtroopers, at-at's and of course old wheezy himself
Dos_Box Posted October 13, 2016 Posted October 13, 2016 *Gasps in excitement* Couldn't have put it better myself! 1
sonofsanta Posted October 13, 2016 Posted October 13, 2016 It is really strange not hearing John Williams' music over it. It's really noticeable (to me, at least). This looks so cool though. AN actual band of rogues and rebels fighting in the streets! I want it noooooooooooooow.
LeMarchand Posted October 13, 2016 Posted October 13, 2016 It is really strange not hearing John Williams' music over it. It's really noticeable (to me, at least). There was some at the end! I can't understand why (apparently) excitement for this isn't as high as for TFA amongst the gen pop.
sonofsanta Posted October 13, 2016 Posted October 13, 2016 There was some at the end! I can't understand why (apparently) excitement for this isn't as high as for TFA amongst the gen pop. I'm not that daft you know what I meant! I think people are maybe seeing it as a cash in and not "real", because it's not in the main storyline... but I reckon it's going to be much more interesting and inventive because it's not in the main storyline, so it can do things differently, with less pressure that they're screwing the story up. I think the characters in it look amazing, and the world-building. Here's hoping the reshoots fixed it up good enough!
GC75 Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 I'm a massive Star Wars fan, but wasn't sure about this as unlike last year there has hardly been much hype, but after this new trailer I am really up for it now. I'm going to be booking 15th December off work to go and see it (I did the same last year for TFA, saw it at Empire, Leicester Square), just need to find out when tickets go on sale now.
Dos_Box Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 There was some at the end! I can't understand why (apparently) excitement for this isn't as high as for TFA amongst the gen pop. As long as that means I don't have to fight to get a ticket I'm cool wth that!
DalekSec Posted October 14, 2016 Posted October 14, 2016 Going to Midnight release again, did it for TFA and going to do it for the rest I DON'T LIKE SPOLIERS!! Watch it before other people = no spoliers!
