ZeroHour Posted January 22, 2008 Author Posted January 22, 2008 I would probably recommend a v thin black border around the outside each of each flag. Say 1-2 pixels wide.
localzuk Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 The following has been changed: added Isle of Man as a country selection (its still listed under uk also though) Updated Lancs flag with Geoff's updated one Added uk sussex Enjoy *puts his placard away*
john Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Posts to see Yorkshire Flag to ensure the new Lancashire flag doesn't over power it (No offence meant, my house a Yorkshire & Lancashire friendly zone as my mums from Lancashire and Dad from Yorkshire). Oh dear, Ill have to find you a better one ZH as thats too small, can't have these Lancastrians taking over hehe
TechMonkey Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Tiny bug. Just tried using the ca_nova_scotia flag and there doesn't appear to be a gif associated with it even though it is in the list of options.
ZeroHour Posted January 23, 2008 Author Posted January 23, 2008 Fixed nova scotia. The more flags the better 1
ConTheITGuy Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 *puts his placard away* Just wondering if there's any significance in your username localzUK? Andy
localzuk Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Just wondering if there's any significance in your username localzUK? Andy Well... My business was called Localz, and on the site I tried to sign upto many a moon ago that was taken, so localzuk was born. Now my business has ended, I have just lived on with that username. You're the first person to ever to have noticed that UK means UK. Everyone else says heh local and thinks the extra bit is ZUK.
localzuk Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 I've always read it as Local-zed-U.K. There's always one!

So surely it should've been localziom - is what I was getting at Andy
localzuk Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 So surely it should've been localziom - is what I was getting at Andy Not really, as I set it up in Lancaster... My heart is in the IOM, but I'm over here in the UK
elsiegee40 Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Hello Zero Hour Here's Invicta (the Kent Horse) for those us residing in that County... thank you
Oops_my_bad Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 I'm suprised the usual do-gooders haven't been along yet and complained at how offended they are by some of these flags
localzuk Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 I'm suprised the usual do-gooders haven't been along yet and complained at how offended they are by some of these flags Who would be offended by a country/county flag?? Ok, I can see the people who may have a problem with the way the England flag is used as a tool to try and promote the BNP - but that doesn't mean the flag itself is a bad thing...
witch Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Can only find this one on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LESSER-SABBATS-LARGE-PRAYER-FLAGS-Wicca-Pagan-Witch_W0QQitemZ190194456310QQihZ009QQcategoryZ116117QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD2VQQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p1638.m122 for us pagans - and the pic is rather suitable for me too. Don't know if you can do anything with it?
witch Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 And then there is this one for Dorset http://www.ngw.nl/int/gbr/d/dorset.htm I think we should put up whatever we feel like - where you are or where your heart is or whatever (hence the welsh flag for me) 1
sparkeh Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 Apparently this is the Leicestershire flag, though I have never seen it! Could it be added please 1
