laserblazer Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 I had to go to Wickes in Redditch the other day and knowing what a pain the road system is in Redditch, I put my satnav in the minibus. I put in the postal code and it came back with Other Road. I remarked to the Site Manager what a dump Redditch is, they don't even have names for their roads. When we got there, the road was called Other Road. A had an Aunt who lived on Snappersnipes SNAPPERSNIPES on WESTBURY Street Map

gtg93 Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 We have one called "Dark Lane" nearby - it has no street lights. There's also a Cum Cum Hill on the way to London (couldn't tell you exactly where), and Cucumber Lane branches off of it. I probably find them funnier than I should...
Garacesh Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 This unexpected surprise amused me more than any of the names on this list. Some cracking ones on there, though.
