Does anyone else suffer with constant spam from this company? Having looked back, we have recieved marketing email from them since 2011. At some points in the past we have requested quotes, so I didnt mind the occasional email, but they started to get more frequent and to multiple members of the team.

We then started a policy of simply replying to each email with a request to be removed from their mailing list. This had no effect.

On the 23rd of last month I got very annoyed, and replied to an email they had sent copying in every email adress they had posted on their website. I got a reply later that day from their scheduling manager appologising, and informing me they were now removing all of our email adresses. All then went quiet until this Wednesday when they started emailing a member of my team again!!!

I can't see any way to stop them now! Maybe I should start emailing them every day!

Yes. I have never contacted them and I have never replied to any of their E-Mails but still they come. I am going to put a rule on our Office365 that rejects them before they get anywhere near any of our inboxes [same as @Boredguy]

They got thrown into our email blacklist years ago.

Spamming the people who administer our email servers is a very grave mistake for sales people round these parts.

Yep, I'm getting them from members of the team I've never dealt with, just starting to get annoying now... :ban: Edited by L3OUGH

Yes that is irritating, I think I phoned them once for something, now I have every Tom, Dick and Harry contacting me.

You hit the nail on the head right there. I asked them for a quote for something once, now they seem to think they have the right to constantly spam my inbox with their 'Amazing Offer!!' Just no. :brick:

NS are one company YET to phone me, its come to the point where I am being rude to these sales calls.

I am not exaggerating when I say about 5 calls on a daily basis from Sales Reps, I am so rude now that THEY want to get off the phone quick. Seriously though NS are one company yet to phone me up, I have had everyone else on the phone!!

They are blocked on our mailserver and I politely tell them we are not interested when they ring. They either have a high level of staff turnover or we've got around 6 account managers!

Our emails have finally stopped after an awful lot of firm emails to them to remove us from their mailing list. We had them in for a quote in 2005! Never again! I now tell anyone who quotes for us that if they start pestering us for decisions we will definitely not choose them.

Likewise, I have abused my power and access to email servers to blacklist them so none of their emails get through :) spamming IT people isn't really a winning tactic, is it?

It's strange at my old job they were constantly pestering us, now I've heard from them once.

HP though are doing a NS and constantly trying to contact me, email me and their latest clever thing is claiming "To get your discount you need to reply" because I ordered some kit through our supplier. I have confirmed through the suppliers that I don't need to talk to HP at all.

I am just waiting for the email with the "Under you need to provide ".
