Hi, So I just bought a new laptop 3 or 4 days ago I think. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. So its specs included a "1TB HDD" (500GB+500GB 7200RPM). Under the 'Computer' in Windows 7, it shows that there are 4 hard drives (or they could be separate partitions of the 2 hard drives for all I know), which add up the memory to around 950 or 900GB, which is agreeable. My issue here is, I've already used up the first C: drive completely, and now Windows is prompting me constantly to free up space so that I may continue storing data on it. But there are 3 free hard drives which I do not know how to make Windows use. It's brand new, so I doubt that it was because of something I did wrong. I will attach a picture to show what I mean more clearly. Thank you.

We have a dedicated call center in our hospital. We are using a IP PBX software from a outsourced vendor. The software is installed in our PCs to attend the enquiry calls. The client pcs using in call center is a data vlan in one of the access switch. The server IP PBX software is installed in data center server farm switch. For the past weeks, the software was having some issues at some time, when i checked with the vendor they said software side is ok upon checking on wireshark logs. They have made several observations & fixes - Key Observations: Wrong Sequence Number (Red Entries) - RTP packets are arriving out of order or being lost, likely due to network congestion or QoS issues. High Jitter Values (Max: 7.03 ms) - Increased jitter can degrade voice quality, causing choppy audio or lag. Packet Loss (0.00%) - No significant packet loss was observed, but sequence errors suggest potential packet reordering. Clock Drift (-79 ms) - A lack of synchronization between sender and receiver clocks can impact audio quality. Cause - Solution. Network Congestion - Prioritize RTP traffic using QoS settings on the firewall or router. Jitter & Delay - Implement jitter buffers or increase buffer size in VoIP settings. Packet Reordering - Check network routing and MTU settings to prevent out-of-order delivery. Clock Drift - Ensure both endpoints synchronize time using NTP. Pls help me what to do from the core switch side or on the access switch side. NOTE- When I checked the ping status from the client PC to Server IP there is no drop or that much latency. Core switches are CISCO 4506 model Access switch for call center department is Aruba Instant ON 1930 model.

I wasn't 100% sure whether to post this - but it's something we're really proud to have achieved at Net-Ctrl and I decided to share it with you all. Net-Ctrl recently attended the Ruckus UK&I partner conference in Newport, Wales where we got the chance to hear from the senior leadership team and SE community at Ruckus about the latest technologies and market updates. The conference also hosted the annual partner awards, Net-Ctrl had been nominated for two awards based on FY23 performance and ability to deliver solutions and was awarded the Ruckus UKI Education Partner of the Year 2023 by the Ruckus senior leadership team. This award is a small demonstration of our ability to deliver in a competitive WLAN market, and partner community. We know there are a lot of great wireless integrators in the market so an award like this is something we’re really proud to have achieved and gives us comfort that what we’re striving towards is working. Those of you who have worked with us will know that we're a small dedicated team. We want to understand client challenges and design solutions that help solve these. If you find yourself in a situation where you’re considering your Wi-Fi or switching estates – please come and speak to us and hopefully you’ll see why we’re trusted to deliver Ruckus in schools and colleges throughout the UK. You can send me a PM on this account, or email me at [email protected].

Hi all As most of you will be aware, Ruckus have had a busy year. Part of the acquisition by Brocade has been a focus on unifying the technologies and the channels they appear in. We were invited to their UK HQ and allowed a play around in their demo suite, we asked if we could invite interested parties along on future trips and they couldn't have been more inviting. Brocade have an incredible demo suite in their UK Headquarters, consisting of several full size racks filled with many different variations of switches from their Campus/Access (ICX) & Data Center (VDX) portfolio. They also have a large array of alternative vendor’s servers and storage options to be able to demonstrate how effective their hardware is in a ‘live’ environment. Brocade are open to us taking any interested individuals to their offices to dive into said demo suite letting us not only show off their capability, but really get hands on with their syntax. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to see how Brocade envisage how networking will take shape and to understand their unique take on architecture, design & methodologies for modern networks, such as Campus Fabrics; turning a set of geographically distributed switches up to 10km apart, appear and act as a single logical domain. If this is of interest, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via PM/reply.
