Morning All We ran out of disk space on our SCCM server D: drive last week. I managed to free up enough to do what I needed but I need to get more free if I can. Our contents library folder is 275GB and I'm sure there must be some orphaned stuff in there that can be got rid of. I ran the cleancontentslibrary tool in what-if mode. The first time I ran it the tool failed when it found a distribution package that hadn't completed its distribution. I managed to find and delete that package. Ran the tool again and it came up with another package that had not worked properly. I couldn't find that package in SCCM via the console so I did some research and found it using a SQL query. I know now the name and ID of the package but I cannot find it anywhere in SCCM using the console. I'm pretty sure it can be deleted but I'd like to check it first if possible but more importantly I'd like to delete it. I assume this can be done with powershell or SQL but I can't find a simple way to do it. I'm not at all experienced with SQL or powershell. Anyone know a) how to find the package's precise location within SCCM and b) how to delete it from SCCM without finding it in the console if a) fails

Hi all, I am trying to create a metapackage to install all additional Logic/Garageband content for our Macs at the school I work in. There are around 20 packages already that I am trying to put into one big package installer to make my life a lot easier when using Remote Desktop to install said package. I have been trying to use PackageMaker to do this but unfortunately whenever I drag a package into the program it only shows up as a "?" instead of a package file. This happens with all these packages, however it doesn't happen with other packages I have on my computer. No data appears to get put into the package when I create it if the "?" is there. Only a reference of the package. I have also tried Iceberg for Mac and had the same problem except on Iceberg it does not allow me to drag any of these packages in at all. It should also be noted that the packages don't give me the option to show additional contents, although I know they install to Library/Application support. I have checked the install contents using pacifist and then also attempted to install the folders inside the packages using packagemaker, but this just seems to crash my machine. There must be an easier way to install multiple packages without this hassle, any answers? Thanks

The new RM Java Blueprint that allows you to create a package for all future Java versions (Article: 4147643) doesn't seem to install Java for our Internet Explorer (Ver. 9). It works for Chrome but not IE? I have double checked that i'm not downloading the Chrome specific version, it definitely does install Java as the Java control panel etc shows up.... but only Chrome seems to be able to see it! Anyone have any ideas?

Hi all, Has anyone been testing/deploying the new Adobe Creative Cloud Shared Device packages, essentially CC 2019. The .msi packages generated by the Adobe Enterprise site are pretty badly configured to say the least, appearance of unwanted desktop icons and auto launching CC login box to name but a few ... we've solved most of these issues by implementing a GPO to delete icons & registry settings, although it would be nice if we didn't have to do this in the first place. However, the biggest show stopper for us at the moment is the amount of per-user data some of the CC applications create upon initial launch and insist on storing in the roaming section of users profiles, C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\...\... this can be anything up to 1Gb of information just from initially launching the applications, not even using them. This is rather a lot of data to be dragging across the network during logon and will exceed the per-user storage quota we assign to our users, it's the kind of data other vendors redirect to a users home drive to avoid making the roaming profile bulky & slow. I've currently got a ticket open with Adobe who let slip that a number of Schools/FE/HE had been in touch reporting similar issues, which got me wondering, has anyone here experienced the same or similar issues? Any workarounds or fixes would be gratefully received! I'll update this thread as and when I hear from Adobe. Many thanks, Ben

Hi everyone, We are currently using Netop School v6.2.3 and are trying to push it out by group policy. Does anyone know how to do this by command line or have the Netop Pack n Deploy tool, as it is unavailable for download anymore? Many thanks, Jason

Long time lurker, first time poster. I have been asked by a teacher to make several additional Python libraries (PyGame, OpenAI, Numpy, OpenCV, Pandas, TensorFlow & PIL) available to all students using PCs in the IT suites. We use PDQ Deploy as much as we can, and I've used it to deploy IDLE and Python 3 with no problems but I'm struggling with with how to install additional libraries. Does anyone have any advice, or even better, PDQ packages? Installing to the C drive is preferable to AppData but I'll take whatever I can get! Thanks so much!
